REGULAR MEETING riexc;n cc, i7n� REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE March 22, 1965 To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702.. (Location: Leer St., Marine St., Mumford Court, Indiana Ave. and Bowman St.). Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the Council as favorable. /s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman Councilman Geib made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: March 22, 1965 Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 ". (Location: Twyckenham Drive and Vernon St., Leer St., Indiana Ave. and the New York Central Railroad and Calvert St.). Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the Council as favorable. /s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman Councilman Geib made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. (Location: Twyckenham.'Drive, Calvert St., Leer St. and Ewing Ave.). Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance be held'over for 15ublic hearing until April 12, 1965. /s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman Councilman Allen made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Geib seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: March 22, 1965 Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAYAPPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE PRINTING ACCOUNT OF THE OFFICE OF CITY CLERK IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00 ". Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the ordinance be withdrawn. /s/ Edwin Thomas Smith, Chairman Councilman Geib made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file.
