Hunter Jr., who presided. <br />ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Councilman Hunter, Allen, Palmer, Wise, Geib, <br />Szymkowiak, Glass, Smith and Muszynski. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MINUTES <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report that they have <br />inspected the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. They therefore recommend <br />that the same be approved. <br />Minutes of February 10, 1964. <br />/s/ John L. Hunter Jr. <br />is Walter Glass <br />to Chester Muszynski <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />PETITION <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />February 11, 1964 <br />The undersigned hereby petitions your honorable body to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height District the following described property: <br />Lots 1, L, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Kemble Addition, also Lots 120 -164 <br />inclusive and Lots 174 -199 inclusive of Raff's 4th Addition, being more <br />generally described as being bounded on the east by the first north -south <br />alley west of Kendall Street, on the west by Kemble Avenue, on the north <br />by Indiana Avenue, and on the South by Calvert Street. <br />/s/ Robert L. Huff, Director <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Councilman Geib made a motion that the petition be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Smith seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />Common Council <br />City of South Bend February 21, 1964 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Members of the Council: <br />We, the undersigned, hereby present a resolution expressing our sincere hopes and desires relative to creating <br />a harmonious atmosphere in the field of Human Relations. <br />Yous very truly, <br />/s/ JOHN L.
