i ul9 7 ! <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4626 - 64 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />(Northwest corner of Linden & College) <br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes - 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE - FIRST AND SECOND READING <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17 -A of ZONING ORDINANCE NO. <br />3702 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Geib made a motion that <br />the ordinance be set for public hearing on March 9th, 1964. Councilman Smith seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4627 - 64 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE <br />TREATMENT PLANT AND HARRY H. VERKLER CONTRACTOR, INC., FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF ONE SCUM SKIK KIN G TANK FOR THE SUM OF $37,500.00. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Geib made a motion for <br />suspension of rules. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of <br />9 ayes - 0 nays. <br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes - 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 63 -- 64 <br />Resolution relative to the death of Florence Miller Hunter. <br />Councilman Glass made a motion for the adoption of the Resolution. Councilman Geib seconded the motion. <br />Motion unanimously carried. Resolution adopted. <br />(sea next page) <br />
