REPORT OF TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE (continued) 4. The committee feels that this system be given a fair trial. 5. The Traffic Engineer, Clem Hazinski, was directed to prepare a survey on the feasability of a loading zone at the Public Library, and to report his findings to the Council as soon as possible. /s/ Eugene Ladewski, Chairman Councilman Allen made a motion that the report be accepted as read and placed on file.
