REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred A RESOLUTION CONCERNING PRESENTATION OF RESOLUTIONS TO THE <br />COUNCIL, Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion IT SHOULD BE POSTPONED. <br />/s/ T. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the property would be residential.
