<br />OF RESTAURANTS AND ITINERANT RESTAURANTS; PROHIBITING THE SALE OF ADULTERATED, UNWHOLESOME OR MISBRANDED FOOD;
<br />REGULATING THE INSPECTION OF RESTAURANTS AND ITINERANT RESTAURANTS; PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF THIS ORDINANCE;

<br />Gentlemen:
<br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to zone "A" Residential Use District and "A" Height and Area
<br />District the recently annexed land being generally described as being bounded on the east by the centerline of
<br />Hickory Road, on the south by the north line of Bulla Road, and on the west and north by the present city, limits
<br />was legally advertised under date of November 26, 1962, and given public hearing on December 6, 1962. The following
<br />action was taken:
<br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the property would be residential. It was
<br />therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
