478 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />ORDINANCE <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 1962 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 8, 13, -and 25 OF CHAPTER 30 OF <br />THE GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 3709, SAID CHAPTER 30 REFERRING TO <br />TREES AND SHRUBS <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance be placed in the Ordinance <br />Committee for further study. .Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE MORRIS CIVIC <br />AUDITORIUM FUND AND THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT FUND - $905.00 <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Allen made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. <br />Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. - Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman, Kroll made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion.
