--------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------- - -------- - ------ - ------------- - ----------------- --- ------ COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING SEPTEMBER 10, 1962 Be -it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, September 10, 1962, with all members present. The meeting was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided. The meeting convened at 8:05 P.M. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED (2800 BLOCK SOUTH MICHIGAN) The Public Hearing on the above Ordinance was continued from August 13, 1962. Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. Councilman Allen made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS (Greenwood Shopping Center) This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Krueper made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Southwest corner of Twyckenham and Sunnymede) This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Glass made a motion that the Ordinance go, to the Council as favorabl Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Chestnut Street between Washington and Napier) This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 (Mishawaka Avenue between Emerson and Twyckenham) This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Glass made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Krueper seconded the motion. Motion carried.
