COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />ORDINANCE <br />AUGUST 13, 1962 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED (2800 Block S. Michigan) <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were -given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Speaking in favor of the proposed Ordinance was John Hartman, one of the <br />petitioners. <br />Councilman Allen made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER <br />WORKS AND THE INDIANA EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />A HOUGH MODEL H50B, 4 -WHEEL DRIVE PAYLOADER FOR THE SUM OF $12,599.00 <br />This being the time heretofore set.for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable <br />Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Coleman made a motion to ad- <br />journ. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion.
