Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE N0. 4486 - - -62 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE GRANT OF REAL ESTATE EXECUTED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motion for <br />suspension of Rules. Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 9•ayes, 0 naps. <br />The Ordinance was then given. third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes. 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORKS <br />AND THE INDIANA EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF A HOUGH MODEL <br />H50B, 4 -WHEEL DRIVE PAYLOADER. FOR THE SUM OF $129599.00 <br />The Ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Allen made a motion for sus - <br />pension of rules. Councilman Lehman seconded the motion. Motion lost. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the <br />Ordinance be set for public hearing on August 13, 1962. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried, <br />NEW BUSINESS. <br />Councilman Krueper made a motion that the Council hold a Special Meeting on July 30, 1962, at 8:00 P.M., for the <br />purpose of considering An Ordinance Appropriating Moneies for the 1963 Civil City Budget and An Ordinance Fixing <br />The Tax Levy for the year 1963 for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana. Councilman Lehman seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to adjourn. Council- <br />man Lehman seconded the motion.
