<br />COUNCIL ON THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND ON THE 4th day of June, 1949, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
<br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, (Lincolaway, Allen and Lindsey), Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and.
<br />that in their opinion IT SHOULD BE REPORTED FAVORABLE.

<br />AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED (Chippewa and Gertrude Streets), Respectfully report that they have examined
<br />the matter and that in their opinion IT SHOULD BE REPORTED FAVORABLE.

<br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS (Edison and Hickory), Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and
<br />that,in their opinion IT SHOULD BE REPORTED FAVORABLE.

<br />Councilman Krueper made a motion to amend the Ordinance to read "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District,
<br />Councilman Lehman seconded the motion. Motion carried.
<br />The Ordinance was then given third reading, as amended, and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes, l nay (Councilman
<br />Allen).
