� 302 REGULAR MEETING COMMUNICATION MARCH 27, 1961 Communication from Harold E. Wagner, Jr., opposing the proposed annexation of the Airport and surrounding land. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the communication be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. PETITION Petition of The First Bank and Trust Company of South Bend, Indiana, to annex land North of the Toll Road and West of Roseland. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the peitition be referred to the City Planning Commission. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried. PETITION Petition of Michael Ettl, et al, to rezone land on the East side of Michigan Street in the 2700 block which lies between Eckman and Oakside. Councilman Lehman made a motion that the petition be referred to the City Planning Commission. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE STREET AND TRAFF FUND (Off Street Parking Survey), Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion IT SHOULD BE WITHDRAWN.
