178 <br />SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 2, 1950 <br />Joseph County -South Bend Building Authority as the appointment of the Common Council of the City of South Bend. <br />The Clerk cast a unanimous ballot for Air. Arthur Shidler as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the St. Joseph <br />County -South Bend Building Authority as the appointment of the Common Council of the City of South Bend. <br />Mayor Edward F. Voorde was introduced and announced his appointment to the Board of Trustees. He named Joseph F. <br />Kruyer, an Architect, to be a Member of the St. Joseph County - -South Bend Building Authority. <br />There being no further business to come before the Special Meeting of the Common Council, Councilman Lehman made a <br />motion to adjourn. Councilman Allen seconded the motion.
