135 <br />SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 5, 1959 <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. <br />Resolution passed by a roll call vote which was as follows: <br />Councilman Korpal Aye <br />Councilman Erhardt Aye <br />Councilman Tellson Aye <br />Councilman Kroll Aye <br />Councilman Hahn Aye <br />Councilman Muszynski Aye <br />Councilman Christman stated that he was not in opposition to a new City Hall but he was opposed to <br />the authority and voted NAy. <br />Councilman Glass voted Nay. <br />Councilman Erler stated that he was not opposed to a new City Hall but he was opposed to the rush. <br />He voted Nay. <br />6 ayes, 3 nays, Resolution Passed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Special Meeting of the Council, Councilman Hahn made a motion to <br />adjourn.
