95 <br />REGULAR =-MEETING <br />RESOLUTION . <br />MARCH 9, 1959 <br />COUNCILMAN ERLER presented the following Resolution: <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, God, in his Infinite Wisdom, has called from this life, <br />MRS. ADOLPH DUTRIEUX, the Mother of J. CHARLES DUTRIEUX, Chief of Police of <br />South Bend, Indiana; and, <br />WHEREAS, her death has brought much grief and sorrow to her family, <br />relatives and many friends. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, do hereby extend to the entire family of Mrs. Adolph <br />Dutrieux, our sincere sympathy in this, their deepest hour of sorrow; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, duly certi- <br />fied by the Clerk, be sent to her husband, Adolph Dutrieux, and her son, <br />J.
