1W <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 8, 1971 <br />NEW BUSINESS Cont'd. <br />Council President Laven directed the City Clerk to send a letter to all Councilmen announcing <br />a meeting in the Mayor's Conference Room, 14th Floor, on March 15, 1971, at 7:00 p.m. in the <br />County City Building. He said this meeting will be with the Mayor and members of the Board of <br />Works concerning available financing for up- coming City projects. He also directed the Clerk <br />to notify the City Building Commissioner, Mr. Forrest West, of this date so the building will <br />be open for the meeting and the proper security measures will be met for admittance into the <br />City- County Building. <br />Councilman Palmer asked the Clerk to secure a list of the names, addresses and ranks of all <br />City policemen and firemen. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Palmer moved for adjourn- <br />ment.
