REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 14, 1970 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Council <br />Chambers in the County -City Building on Monday, December 14, 1970, at 8:10 p.m., with all members <br />present. The meeting was called to order by Council President Robert O. Laven, The invocation <br />was given by Reverend C. William Cole, Ardmore Brethern Church, South Bend, Indiana. <br />ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Councilmen Laven, Allen, Reinke, Craven, Grounds, <br />Szymkowiak, Wise, Palmer and Zielinski. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Council President Laven entertained a motion to move up the resolution to this portion of the <br />meeting in the interest of persons in the audience from Indianapolis who asked this consideration <br />of the Council. Councilman Craven so moved, seconded by Councilman Allen. Motion carried. <br />9 ayes, 0 nays, 0 absent.
