<br />Regular meeting portion of the meeting to consider Item #7 of the agenda. Council- President Laven

<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS REPORT UNDER THE WORKABLE
<br />PROGRAM FOR COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT
<br />WHEREAS, a "Review of Progress under the Workable
<br />was heretofore filed with the Common Council of the City of
<br />Common Council by resolution passed on March 23, 1970;
<br />Program for Community Improvement"
<br />South Bend, and was approved by said
<br />WHEREAS, an amended and updated "Review of Progress under the Workable Program for
<br />Community Improvement" has been filed with the Common Council of the City of South Bend, which
<br />report is now before the Common Council; and
