A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Beginning at a point which point is the intersection of the South right -of -way line of Donmoyer <br />Street and the West right -of -way line of High Street; thence westerly along the South right -of- <br />way line of Donmoyer Street a distance of 97.5 feet; thence southerly a distance of 125 feet; <br />thence westerly a distance of 60 feet; thence southerly a distance of 362.5 feet; thence easterly <br />to the west right -of -way line of High Street a distance of 157.5 feet; thence northerly along <br />said west right -of -way line to the place of beginning, a distance of 487.5 feet. <br />4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned: From "A" Use and <br />"A" Height and Area District To "B" Use and "A" Height and Area District. <br />5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the following buildings <br />will be constructed: Multiple family residential - 5 buildings and 24 dwelling units. <br />6. Councilman Zielinski made a motion for passage of the <br />Ordinance. Councilman Reinke seconded the motion. There being no discussion on the motion, <br />the Ordinance was passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes (Councilmen Laven, Allen, Craven, Reinke, <br />Grounds, Szymkowiak, Wise, Palmer and Zielinski) 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5165 -70 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WATER <br />WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND BADGER <br />METER MANUFACTURING COMPANY, MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN, <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ASSORTMENT OF WATER METERS <br />FOR USE FROM FEBRUARY 7, 1970 TO FEBRUARY 7, 1971, <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,926.20. <br />The Ordinance was given third reading. Councilman Craven made a motion for passage of the <br />Ordinance. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion.
