COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE JANUARY 12, 1970 <br />ORDINANCE (Contd.) North of Kern Rd. and East of York Rd. <br />City Engineer Lloyd Taylor explained the physical features of the proposed area for annexation. <br />He stated that the petition to annex was initiated -by Place & Company. Councilman Reinke made <br />a motion, seconded by Councilman Palmer, that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. <br />Motion carried. <br />There being no further business to be considered in the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Ground <br />entertained a motion to rise and report to the Council.
