REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 10, 1969 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana met in the Council <br />Chambers in City Hall on Monday, February 10, 1969 at 8:54 p.m , with nine members present, <br />Councilmen Allen, Craven, Reinke, Grounds, Szymkowiak, Palmer and Zielinski, Wise and Laven. <br />The meeting was called to order by President Robert 0.
