7--4 <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Councilman Allen called attention to the fact that since she no longer is chairman of the Capital Improvements <br />Committee that the matter of weed complaints which was referred to her committee on November 27, 1967 is now <br />in the hands of a new chairman; specifically, Councilman Wise. <br />President Laven commended the Street Department on the excellent job they have been doing this winter with snow <br />removal. He further stated that he had received more compliments than complaints concerning the Street <br />Department. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Palmer made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Wise seconded the motion.
