Subgrade Preparation & Compaction <br />Backfill cavity with suitable compactable soil, placed and mechanically compacted in lifts to prevent future <br />settlement or shifting. <br />$3,500.00 <br />3. New Concrete Slab Installation <br />Form, reinforce, and pour new concrete slab in area where pavers were removed. Includes grading, forming, <br />reinforcement, finishing, and curing. <br />$7,000.00 <br />4. Reconstruction of (2) Concrete Stair Systems <br />Form, reinforce, and pour (2) new concrete stair sets with corrected rise/run and improved structural <br />integrity.
