Reliable Roofing & Construction will <br />make every effort to clean the job site but is not responsible for injuries or property damage caused by nails or <br />other job site hazards during or after the project. If roof drain replacement is required, the homeowner is <br />responsible for having a plumber inspect the connected piping prior to roof work to ensure it can handle <br />increased water flow. Reliable Roofing & Construction is not liable for plumbing-related issues or resulting <br />damage from new roof drain installations. <br />9) Customer Requirements: <br />The homeowner must carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.
