The ordinance name is An Ordinance of the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, Amending Various Sections of Chapter 14, Article 9, of <br />the South Bend Municipal Code, Addressing the Community Campus Advisory Coalition <br />(CCAC). Discussion on the ordinance: <br />IU Medical School (South Bend) should be an unofficial member of CCAC. <br />Mike Carrington stated the ordinance should refer to the Alcoholic Beverage Board, not <br />the Commission. <br />The City of South Bend Director of Code Enforcement should be included as a member <br />and asked to attend meetings. <br />There was a motion to accept the amended ordinance. The motion was second and <br />passed by affirmation. <br />A post -vote agreement was made to change the meeting frequency to read "not less <br />than 4 times per year." <br />Gavin Ferlic reported on results of the recent CCAC Survey: <br />3500 responses representing a diverse sample.
