Community /Campus Advisory Coalition (CCAQ <br />0 <br />The April 24, 2013, meeting of the Community /Campus Advisory Coalition was held at <br />the South Bend Common Council Chambers, 227 West Jefferson, Suite 400, South <br />Bend, Indiana. The meeting was called to order at 3:32 p.m. by South Bend Common <br />Council Member at Large Member Gavin Ferlic. <br />Attendees: <br />Robert Hammer, South Bend Police Department <br />Margaret Fosmoe, South Bend Tribune <br />Marguerite Taylor, Robinson Community Learning Center <br />Mark Kramer, Kramer Properties <br />Matt Costello Northeast Neighbor <br />Jeff Shoup, Notre Dame Housing <br />Mike Carrington, Alcoholic Beverage Board <br />Alex Coccia, Notre Dame Student Government — Student Body President <br />Kahli Anthony, Holladay Properties <br />Kathy Cekanski Farrand, South Bend Common Council <br />Emily Flower, Robinson Community Learning Center <br />LuElla Webster, Robinson Community Learning Center <br />Timothy Sexton, University of Notre Dame <br />Gavin Ferlic asked that minutes be e- mailed to members. <br />Gavin Ferlic requested that each person provide an update since the last meeting. <br />Matt Costello reported things are going well in the neighborhood and further that there <br />are a few drunken day time parties, but none at night, a great improvement. <br />Jeff Shoup reported that moveouts will begin around May 9, so there will be increased <br />U -Hauls in the area. <br />Mike Carrington reported that the ABB met today and one of the issues the Board <br />considers is permit renewals when there have been violations. He spoke of a specific <br />(unnamed) establishment that is very cooperative and tries hard to enforce the law, but <br />that false IDs are a problem, and it is the students who are the problem.
