Mm <br />REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 8, 1977 <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED) <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Report from Area Plan - 2318 Elwood <br />"Upon a motion by Joseph Serge, being seconded by Kenneth Woods and unanimously carried, the <br />petition of Westville Auto, Inc., to zone from "A" Residential and "C" Commercial, "A" Height <br />and Area, to "C" Commercial, "A" Height and Area, property located at 2318 Elwood Avenue, City <br />of South Bend, is returned to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation, subject to <br />approval of a final site plan, by the Area Plan Commission." <br />Council Member Adams made'a motion to set the appropriate bill for public hearing and second <br />reading September 12, seconded by Council Member Horvath. The motion carried. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Council Member Adams made a motion to set the August 29 meeting for 4:00 p.m., seconded by Counci <br />Member Horvath. The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member <br />Adams made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Miller.
