<br />GRANT, FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED
<br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRA-
<br />TION AND FINANCE.

<br />RESOLUTIONS
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 569 -77
<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
<br />AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS TO NEGOTIATE THE SALE
<br />OF A PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS 721 -725 S. FELLOWS STREET.
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, pursuant to the Municipal
<br />Code of the City of South Bend, Section 14.5 -2 (3) (5), has offered the for sale Lot lettered
<br />"AC" as shown on the recorded Plat of A. R. Sample's Subdivision of Lots Numbered Twenty -six (26)
<br />Twenty -seven (27) and Twenty -eight (28) of Denniston and Fellows Addition to the Town, now City,
<br />of South Bend, In St. Joseph County, Indiana, also known as 721 -727 S. Fellows Street, at an
<br />offering price of $991.00; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend has now received an offer to
<br />purchase the property at 721 -725 S. Fellows Street for a price of $700.00; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has now complied with all requirements of the Municipal
<br />Code of the City of South Bend, Section 14.52, which establishes procedures for the disposition
<br />of real property owned by the City of South Bend, and more specifically real property valued by
<br />the Board at less than $1,000.00.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that:
<br />Section I. The Board of Public Works be authorizied to negotiate the sale of a
<br />Lot Lettered "AC" as shown on the recorded Plat of A. R. Sample's
<br />Subdivision of Lots Numbered Twenty- -six (26), Twenty -seven (27)
<br />and Twenty -eight (28) of Denniston and Fellows' Addition to the
<br />Town, now City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana,
