<br />For PARK MAINTENANCE FUND, the sum of 0.6370 dollars on each one hundred dollars of Taxable
<br />Property.
<br />For FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND, The sum of 0.2810 dollars on each one hundred dollars of Taxable
<br />Property.
<br />For POLICEMEN "S PENSION FUND, The sum of 0.2290 dollars on each one hundred dollars of Taxable
<br />Property.
<br />Council President Parent made a motion to amend the ordinance in accordance with the request of
<br />the administration, seconded by Council Member Adams. The motion carried.
<br />Council President Parent made a motion to recommend the ordinance favorably to the Council, as
<br />amended, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The motion carried.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Council Member Kopczyr
<br />made a motion to rise and report to the Council, seconded by Council Member Adams. The motion.

<br />vened in the Council Chambers at 7:26 p.m., Council President Parent presiding, and nine members
<br />present.
<br />REPORT FROM THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
<br />Council Member Dombrowski made a motion to waive the reading of the report of the Committee of
<br />the Whole, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried by a roll call vote of nine aye
<br />(Council Members Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor, Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and
<br />Parent) .

<br />ORDINANCE NO. 6016 -76 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE
<br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
<br />SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT
<br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE
<br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING, JANUARY 1, 1977, AND
<br />ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1977, INCLUDING ALL OUT-
<br />STANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING
<br />A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to amend the ordinance,
<br />as amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Council Member Adams. The motion carried.
<br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to pass the ordinance, as amended, seconded by Council Membe
<br />Kopczynski. The ordinance passed on a roll call vote of nine ayes (Council Members Serge, Szymk
<br />Miller, Taylor, Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and Parent).
