REGULAR MEETING_ �A t S-T 1 7 <br />REGULAR MEETING — RECONVENED (CONTINUED) <br />done in the City, State and Nation. He read several paragraphs from the resolution regarding Dr. <br />Carmichael's civic achievements and contributions to the business world. Council President Parer <br />made a motion that the resolution be adopted by the City Council, seconded by Council Member Hor\ <br />The motion carried by a roll call vote of nine ayes (Council Members Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, <br />Taylor, Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and Parent). <br />Council President Parent said the resolution would be retyped, signed by all Council Members, <br />framed and delivered to the family. <br />Council Member Adams made a motion that the August 30, 1976 meeting on the budget be set for <br />4:OO p.m., seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />Council Member Horvath questioned Mr. Rollin Farrand regarding the traffic light at Fellows and <br />Ireland. He said it was supposed to go in right after the spring thaw, and he thought by now <br />the ground had thawed enough. Mr. Farrand said that the signal bases are in and there was a <br />ninty day delay on the signals and arms. He indicated that the components parts should be in <br />within the next two weeks. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member <br />Horvath made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Adams.
