Y 19 1976 <br />REGULAR MEETING JUL , <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Council Chambers of <br />the County -City Building on Monday, July 19, 1976, at 6:00 p.m., Council President Roger O. Paren' <br />presiding. The meeting was called to order and the Pledge to the Flag was given. <br />ROLL CALL PRESENT: Council Members Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor, <br />Kopczynski, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and Parent <br />ABSENT: None <br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to resolve into the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Counc' <br />Member Kopczynski. The motion carried. <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the <br />Whole on Monday, July 19, 1976, at 6:05 p.m., with nine members present. Chairman Frank Horvath <br />presiding. <br />ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE FIXING 111AXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES <br />OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, WITHIN THE DIVISION OF <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE YEAR FROM JULY 1, <br />1976 TO JUNE 30, 1977. <br />Council Member Parent made a motion to handle the public hearing on the Community Development <br />ordinance and the regular salary ordinance together, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motis` <br />carried. <br />.1 <br />
