Mist <br />deteriorated paint with water to the point of saturation. Remove <br />and replace stop molding with new stock. Clean and de-gloss <br />door with detergent wash, rinse, dry and HEPA vacuum any <br />paint chips, dust and debris. Spot prime and top coat with <br />premium acrylic latex.
