REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 26, 1983 <br />BILL NO. 113 -83 <br />A BILL APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS821, IRONWOOD- IRELAND <br />RETENTION BASIN, WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND <br />SINKING FUND. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to set this bill <br />for public hearing and second reading October 10, and refer it to the Utilites Committee, <br />seconded by Council Member . The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Ronald Radecki, 123 S. St. Peter, indicated the Studebaker collection should be protected <br />under a city ordinance. <br />Phil Brown, member of the Studebaker Driver's Club, indicated they have $50,000 set <br />aside awaiting a permanent site for the collection. He indicated they were in favor <br />of the Freeman - Spicer Building. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council unfinished or new, Council <br />Member McGann made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Harris.
