The purpose of this special meeting is to have <br />first reading and to set January 12, 1981 as the date for the public hearing, second read- <br />ing and vote as to the passage of an Ordinance entitled: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF BONDS OF <br />SAID CITY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR VARIOUS <br />PURPOSES. <br />/s/ Beverlie J.
