This action is being <br />taken at the suggestion of the State Board of Accounts and <br />is being done in accordance with 19 -11 -1 of Indiana Code. <br />If you will remember, the Administration informed the Council <br />of this situation during budget hearings and stated we would <br />be presenting an ordinance later during the year. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact my <br />office. <br />agd <br />
