ORDINANCE NO. 6475 -78 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE BALANCES OF $9,148.75 <br />FROM THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL FUND (43), $3,521.57 FROM <br />THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM FUND (83), <br />$4,684.25 FROM THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL PERSON FUND (94), <br />$11,220.06 FROM THE PUBLIC SERVICE CAREERS FUND (96), <br />$1,104.97 FROM THE YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM FUND (97), <br />AND $27.25 FROM THE SUMMER YOUTH TRANSPORTATION FUND <br />(98). ALL AFOREMENTIONED BALANCES SHALL BE TRANSFERRED <br />TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, their exists the balances in the above named funds <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />WHEREAS, IC 19 -11 -1 specifically allows the transfer of <br />any unused funds into the General Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THAT: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $29,706.85 be, and hereby is, <br />transferred as follows; $9,148.75 from the Sewage Disposal Fund (43), <br />$3,521.57 from the Community Development Training Program Fund (83), <br />$4,684.25 from the Intergovernmental Person Fund (94), $11,220.06 <br />from the Public Services Careers Fund (96), $1,104.97 from the <br />Youth Employment Program Fund (97), and $27.25 from the Summer Youth <br />Transporation Fund (98), to the General Fund of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, and the <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed, as amended, October 9, 1978 <br />
