in full, a petition or application regarding land use before an administrative body, or any <br />other review process, whether such process was initiated by the Commission or another <br />entity: <br />a.Executive Director of Community Investment; <br />b.Deputy Director of Community Investment; <br />c.Director of Growth and Opportunity; and <br />d.Property Development Manager. <br />References in this Resolution to a position title shall be deemed to include any <br />successor position with substantially similar duties. <br />Such authority shall include the authority to execute documents on behalf of the <br />Commission that relate to the completion of such administrative acts, provided, <br />however, that staff members are not authorized to execute any deed of conveyance, <br />approve the forgiveness of debt, modify loan or repayment terms, or release any lien or <br />security interest prior to payment in full, on behalf of the Commission. For purposes of <br />this Resolution, an administrative act is one in which the authorized staff member <br />determines, upon the advice of legal counsel, that said act occurs within the normal course <br />of owning, managing, leasing, or selling property and does not adversely impact an interest <br />of the Commission in light of the Commission's overall purpose and goals as set forth <br />under the Act. <br />2. This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 3617, and the authority granted under this <br />Resolution continues until further action of the Commission. <br />3.This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on May 14, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />David Relos Vice President <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Troy Warner, President <br />2
