51 ! <br />The analytical framework of this project will include multiple methods of <br />data acquisition and analysis using appropriate combinations of the following approaches. <br />1. Organization and analysis of presently available community development data. <br />2. Geographical "mapping" on the basis of community development neighborhood <br />strategy area criteria. <br />3. Data transfers to mapped areas. <br />4. Resident opinions and behavior drawn from the survey data. <br />5.
