ORDINANCE NO. , Lira -� <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $55,000.00 FROM <br />ACCOUNT 110 "SALARY AND WAGES" TO ACCOUNT <br />722 "MOTOR EQUIPMENT" WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF SANITATION BUDGET OF THE SEWAGE WORKS <br />OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE FUND OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are required over those previously <br />appropriated for a certain account within the Department of <br />Sanitation. <br />A surplus exists in another account where it is not <br />presently needed. This surplus is shown specifically as <br />follows: <br />$55,000.00 in Account 110 "Salary and Wages" <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That account 110 "Salary and Wages" be reduced <br />by $55,000.00, and this amount be appropriated and transferred as <br />follows: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />722 Motor Equipment $55,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
