ORDINANCE NO. (, y q 5 •7 p' <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF <br />SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT FROM DEEDS <br />EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR THE AMOUNT OF <br />$14,000.00 DOLLARS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />To approve the purchase of snow removal equipment from <br />Deeds Equipment Company for the Bureau of Water. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract for miscellaneous snow <br />equipment entered into between the Bureau of Water of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana and Deeds Equipment Company, Indianapolis, <br />Indiana, on the 23rd day of August, 1978, pursuant to advertising <br />and receipt of bids, for the total cost not to exceed $14,000.00, <br />is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />A., N1 4.
