The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 72 -86 A BILL TO VACATE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: THE FIRST <br />NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY EAST OF SUNNYSIDE AVENUE RUNNING SOUTH FROM <br />MONROE STREET TO SOUTH STREET FOR A DISTANCE OF 250 FEET MORE OR <br />LESS AND LYING BETWEEN LOTS 604 -605 AND LOTS 624 -625 OF SUNNYMEDE <br />THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />This bill had first reading. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 78 -86 A BILL APPROPRIATING $17,320.62 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET <br />FUND TO VARIOUS PROJECTS. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Voorde made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing July 28, and refer it to the Public Works <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Paszek. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 79 -86 A BILL APPROPRIATING $20,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET <br />FUND TO PROJECT R &S 205 EDISON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing July 28, and refer it to the Public Works <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Paszek. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 80 -86 <br />A BILL APPROPRIATING $155,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET <br />FUND TO PROJECT R &S SAMPLE ST. IMPROVEMENTS. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Serge made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing July 28, and refer it to the Public Works <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 81 -86 A BILL APPROPRIATING $40,862.99 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO VARIOUS PROJECTS. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing July 28, and refer it to the Public Works <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Braboy. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 82 -86 A BILL APPROPRIATING $526,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 830 PENDLE, JUNIPER AND <br />DOUGLAS RD. SEWERS WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND <br />SINKING FUND. <br />
