Additionally provided with the application was a letter of permission from the property owner. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the above license application was approved and referred to the Administration and Finance I6r Mr. Gilot stated that the Board has received an updated design plan after the application from the above business was tabled at the last Board of Public Works meeting. The new design allows Ior the required five (5) feet of pedestrian walkway clearance. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the following Sidewalk Caf6 Permit Application be approved. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried.
