Additionally provided with the application was a letter of permission from <br />the property owner. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the <br />above license application was approved and referred to the Administration and Finance I6r <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board has received an updated design plan after the application from the <br />above business was tabled at the last Board of Public Works meeting. The new design allows Ior <br />the required five (5) feet of pedestrian walkway clearance. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion <br />that the following Sidewalk Caf6 Permit Application be approved. Mr. Inks seconded the motion <br />which carried. <br />
