' 119 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY l4, 2008 <br />APPROVE DELIVERY VEHICLE PERMIT RENEWAL <br />Mr. Inks indicated that the Board is in receipt of the following Delivery Vehicle Permit renewal <br />application; <br />APPLICANT, Jimmy John's <br />BUSINESS ADDRESS; 138 South Michigan Street <br />Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Delivery Vehicle Permit Application renewal be approved. <br />Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. <br />OF PUBLIC WORDS — JUNE 2008 <br />The Division of Water Works and Environmental Services submitted their monthly and <br />Performance Reports for the month of June 2008. There being no further discussion, upon a <br />motion made by Mn Littr ell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the monthly reports Nvere <br />accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF SAFETY DEPORTS — DEPARTMENT OF P UBLIC WORDS <br />The Division of Water Works, Traffic and Lighting, and Sewers submitted their Safety Reports <br />for the month of June 2008. These reports reflect injuries /accidents for each month and provide <br />for a comparison. There being no farther discussion, upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, <br />seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the reports were accepted and Bled. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE <br />
