<br />Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a notion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be
<br />awarded as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried.
<br />PLACEMENT —PROJECT NO. 108 -055 {CAPTIAL�
<br />Mr. Brian Cherry, Environmental Services, advised the Board that on June 23, 2008, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referred to project. Auer reviewing those bids, Mr. CFcelT'V
<br />recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder,
<br />Lawmasters, Inc., 1407 Idively Avenue, Elkhart, Indiana, 46517, in the amount of $ 132,750.00..
<br />Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded
<br />as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried.
<br />Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on May 12, 2008, bids were received
<br />and opened for the above referred to praject. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Certified Transmission, Inc., 3703 Grape Road, Mishawaka, Indiana, 46545, in the unit prices
<br />based on the lowest total cost for rebuilt transmissions and stated warranty period for rebuilt
<br />transmissions. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the
<br />bid be awarded. as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried.
<br />Mr. David Tungate, Water Works, advised the Board that on June 9, 2008, bids were received
<br />and opened for the above referred to proyect. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Tungate
<br />recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder,
<br />Underground Ripe & Valve, Inc., 1100 Prairie Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, 46601, in unit
<br />prices as follows:
