be and the same is hereby established as an Historic Preservation District with <br />such uses as permitted in Section 21 -36.1 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, and shall be designated the West North Shore Drive Histor- <br />ic District. <br />Section 2. The Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br />and St. Joseph County shall adopt standards for the West North Shore Drive His- <br />toric District. <br />Section 3.
