Morris Parking Garage - CMc RFP Response • Shiel Sexton | 9 <br />NON-COLLUSION FORM <br />University of Notre Dame JACK AND KATHY SHIELDS FAMILY HALL <br />Architect:SLAM Dates:12/23 - 6/26 <br />Cost:Confidential SF:161,000 <br />Scope:Continuing a relationship that started over seventeen years ago, <br />the University of Notre Dame selected Shiel Sexton to build its new <br />Jack and Kathy Shields Family Hall. The facility offers best-in-class <br />sports medicine and physical therapy amenities and spacious <br />offices. A strength and conditioning area dripping in school spirit <br />can accommodate up to 100 players. Player and staff locker rooms <br />provide space to change and store personal items. The team <br />auditorium allows for 200 occupants to gather to study film. The <br />building also contains an expansive kitchen and dining area for the <br />student-athletes as well as the Notre Dame Hall of Champions. <br />Scannell Properties THE FARM: MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT (PHASE 1) <br />Architect:Delv Design Dates:03/23 - 04/25 <br />Cost:$99,976,324 SF:633,000 (multifamily) <br />Scope:Phase one prepared the site for the multi-family residential <br />apartment complex project. Situated on 17 acres, the development <br />comprised three separate residential buildings totaling 400 units, <br />as well as a 133,000-SF precast parking garage. The housing <br />community has premier amenities, including a saltwater pool, <br />outdoor chipping/putting green, LED jumbotron, pavilions with <br />fireplaces and grilling stations, coworking space with conference <br />rooms, and an indoor golf simulator. The facility has a pet spa and <br />dog park, perfect for pet owners. <br />Hendricks Commercial Properties BOTTLEWORKS DISTRICT <br />Architect:Eppstein Uhen Dates:1/19 - 12/20 <br />12/21 - 3/25 <br />Cost:$61,000,000 + $34,000,000 SF:253,420 + 220,000 <br />Scope: Shiel Sexton was CM on several buildings in Phase 1 of the Bottleworks <br />District Development on Mass Ave in Indianapolis.Buildings were <br />three- or four-story structures and included ground-level retail, office <br />space, and lower level parking. Building 16 was a three-story parking <br />structure with an active green roof space. Shiel Sexton also completed <br />several headquarters build-outs, a rooftop lounge, and an urban design <br />package featuring pathway and lighting that connected all buildings <br />covering two city blocks. Shiel Sexton has since been hired as CM for <br />Phase 2 of the Bottleworks District development which includes two <br />new buildings, 38,000-SF of prime retail and restaurant space, and <br />182,000-SF of Class A office space. Building 13 is a five-story mixed- <br />use building atop a lower-level, 260-space parking garage. <br />FIRM BACKGROUND, TEAM, & EXPERIENCE
