James oversees <br />total construction efforts, providing administrative and technical direction, to ensure each project <br />is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule specifications. <br />JAMES LETSINGER PROJECT MANAGER <br />Baumer Hall <br />University of Notre Dame <br />Research Building <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />University of Notre Dame McCourtney Hall <br />Research Complex Phase 1 (Notre Dame, IN): <br />$76.4 million concrete cast-in-place research <br />complex including a 200,000 SF laboratory <br />building and a 2,300 linear foot underground <br />utility tunnel. <br />University of Notre Dame Research Building <br />II (Notre Dame, IN): $109.5 million, 200,000 <br />SF concrete cast-in-place educational <br />facility consisting of 110,000 SF of office and <br />laboratory space. <br />University of Notre Dame Jack and Kathy <br />Shields Family Hall (Notre Dame, IN): A <br />150,000 SF building will offer best-in-class <br />sports amenities focused on performance <br />advancements and physical conditioning. <br />University of Notre Dame Baumer Hall (Notre <br />Dame, IN): New construction of a $23.9 million <br />residence hall totaling in 80,000 SF with <br />amenities such as chapels, study areas, and a <br />workout facility. <br />Purdue University Engineering & Polytechnic <br />Gateway Building (West Lafayette, IN): <br />Concrete cast-in-place instructional space and <br />teaching labs, design studios, collaborative <br />spaces and administrative offices. <br />FIRM BACKGROUND, TEAM, & EXPERIENCE <br />Joe is responsible for all onsite management and supervision, technical management, scheduling, <br />subcontractor coordination, guidance of daily work forces, and maintenance of levels of jobsite <br />efficiency. Joe is also responsible for the implementation of both federal and state OSHA <br />regulations on the jobsite and enforcement of jobsite safety procedures in accordance with the <br />safety coordinator and company policy. <br />JOE AGRESTA SUPERINTENDENT <br />Bottleworks District <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Ironworks at Keystone Village (Indianapolis, <br />IN): A $30 million mixed-use development that <br />includes the new construction of a five-story <br />structure with first floor retail, apartments, and <br />structure and surface parking. <br />Bottleworks District (Indianapolis, IN): <br />Redevelopment of the entertainment district <br />includes new construction of five buildings <br />and several interior build-outs. The structures <br />consist of retail and office space, a parking <br />garage, cinema build-out, and food hall. <br />DePauw University Bottoms Alumni and <br />Development Center (Greencastle, IN): $9.1 <br />million complete renovation of a former sorority <br />house into an Alumni and Development <br />Center. The 22,742 SF project also consists <br />of a new two-story addition and extensive site <br />improvements. <br />Purdue University Academic Success Building <br />(Indianapolis, IN): The Academic and Student <br />Success building will be a stunning $175 <br />million, 258,000 SF academic and student <br />housing facility, raising 16 stories in the <br />skyline.The building aims to gain a LEED Silver <br />certification.Ironworks at Keystone Village
