The garage <br />supports the surrounding mixed-use development, including a hotel and apartment <br />buildings constructed by CRG, and is integrated into the overall urban site plan. <br />Four Winds Resort Casino and Parking Garage <br />Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians | South Bend, IN <br />Wilhelm Construction served as the Construction Manager for a new 24-story hotel tower <br />which included a full-service space, event arena, conference rooms, meeting rooms, <br />Five-Diamond Spa & Resort, rooftop pool deck, bar, and grill. Additionally, project scope <br />included a 43,000 SF gaming expansion that is connect between the new hotel and the <br />existing casino. <br />Commerce Center Mixed-Use Project <br />Commerce Center Development | South Bend, IN <br />This project consisted of a GMP contract for the construction of an underground parking <br />structure with a mixed use building on top of it. Wilhelm was responsible for the core and shell. <br />Elanco Global Headquarters and Parking Garage <br />Elanco | Indianapolis, IN <br />New 220,000 SF, six-story, glass-faced global headquarters office structure on 40 acres. <br />This multi-use collaboration building was designed to flex according to needs including a <br />destination for major global customer events and scientific meetings. <br />Cascade Phase I Tower and Parking Garage <br />Warf Partners LLC | South Bend, IN <br />An eight-story luxury condominium in downtown South Bend’s East Bank, where Wilhelm <br />served as the concrete trade contractor, delivering the post-tension cast-in-place structural <br />system for both the residential tower and integrated parking garage, including slabs, <br />columns, and core, with strong coordination, quality, and safety performance. <br />Cummins Corporate Parking Garage <br />Cummins Inc. | Columbus, IN <br />Wilhelm served as part of the Design-Build team to construct a five-level, 954-car parking <br />structure. The garage was built on geopiers as a cast-in-place structure. Construction was <br />completed nearly one month ahead of schedule. The architecture façade features ivy <br />planting boxes designed to obscure the view of cars on each level.
