The Corporate Safety Director oversees safety programs and <br />reports directly to the company president. The Corporate Safety Director <br />is responsible for advising management, superintendents, and foremen on <br />relevant regulations and practices concerning safety and health, and together, <br />they ensure this information is communicated throughout our workforce. At <br />Wilhelm, safety is incorporated into everything we do. <br />Established safety plans and protocols keep our job sites secure for everyone <br />Experience Modification Rate (EMR) <br />Experience Modification Rate is <br />established by the insurance industry <br />reflecting a company’s safety <br />performance relative to all others. An <br />EMR below 1.0 is considered acceptable <br />an excellent safety performance. <br />Lost Time Accident (LTA) <br />Lost Time Accident is a workplace <br />injury requiring missed work.
