The garage <br />supports the surrounding mixed-use development, including a hotel and apartment <br />buildings constructed by CRG, and is integrated into the overall urban site plan. <br />Riverfront at Promenade Park <br />Barrett and Stokely | Fort Wayne, IN <br />Currently under construction is the Riverfront at Promenade Park which is a mixed-use <br />project that builds off the momentum of the City of Fort Wayne’s riverfront development. <br />This development provides nearly 230 residential apartments, a 900-car parking garage, <br />office, and retail space along the St. Mary’s River directly across the street from the city’s <br />newest riverfront park, Promenade Park. There is approximately 30,000 SF of office <br />space and nearly 15,000 SF of retail space. The garage was turned over for occupancy in <br />January of 2022 and the apartments and commercial space are expected to be complete <br />in early 2023. Wilhelm is the GC for this project and self-performing the concrete and <br />masonry packages. <br />Condiment Manufacturing and Packaging Facility <br />Confidential Food Processing Client | South Bend, IN <br />This project involves the expansion of a Food grade production facility of 15,000 SF, <br />for the making and retrofit of an existing warehouse to house the packaging line. <br />Also included are modifications to site infrastructure, a New Building Processing Area <br />including Tank Farm, Making Area, Non-processing areas including Raw, Intermediate <br />and Finished Product Warehouse, shipping and receiving dock doors, office and shared <br />space. <br />PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br />Thomson Hydro Dam and Power <br />Thomson, MN <br />Renovation and refurbishing of 120-megawatt Hydroelectric Plant <br />Built in 1907, 90-million-dollar renovation on 2 miles of underground Penstock piping, 4 <br />Turbines, Electric Plant facility, Dams and gates after an historic 150-year flood.
