The project included a <br />110,000 SF police station and 500-600 car garage dedicated to city staff, police vehicles <br />(including Sally port), and the public. With a continued focus on public spaces that serve <br />the community, the site has a green space between the parking garage and safety <br />building for events, meetings, and public gatherings. The new building provides the police <br />with new technologies which will allow them to have more time for community involvement <br />and policing. <br />CJC Parking Garages <br />Indy Penn Center, LLC | Indianapolis, IN <br />This new 15-story hotel will be 208,000 sf with 316 hotel rooms and is located in the heart <br />of downtown Indianapolis at Pennsylvania and Georgia Streets. Accompanying the hotel <br />is an 8-level 382 space parking garage located to the north of the hotel with a pedestrian <br />connector. <br />Marion County Forensics and Coroner’s Office <br />City of Indianapolis | Indianapolis, IN <br />Complete new construction of 80,000 SF Forensics and Coroner’s office building located <br />on the Marion County Community Justice campus. <br />Marion County Community Justice Center Courthouse <br />City of Indianapolis | Indianapolis, IN <br />Indianapolis’ new Community Justice Campus is a 140 acre, $575 million project <br />designed for reform and treatment to the City’s justice programs. Facilities included a <br />3,000-bed jail, a 5-level courthouse, a 3-level sheriff’s office, and an assessment and <br />intervention center. Wilhelm was the Design-Build construction lead for the Civil and <br />Criminal Courthouse, and completed tradework on the jail facilities and assessment and <br />intervention center. <br />IU Health <br />Indiana University Health | Indianapolis, IN <br />Fourteen-phase renovation project that included a Bone Marrow Transplant suite, <br />Chemotherapy Pharmacy, and ERCP suite that occupies approximately 25,000 SF of <br />space.
